Land Coordinator Responsibilities:• Provide support to Business Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations and Regulatory throughout all projects and on a daily basis• Conflict and concern resolution with landowners for new and existing projects• Prepare surface land agreements, line lists, notifications in accordance to the D-56 guidelines• Prepare documentation and notification in accordance with Oil and Gas Commission guidelines with respect to projects in BC• Prepare well, pipeline & facility transfers through the ERCB’s DDS System and ETS System• Ensure all financial information for lease records is accurately maintained, updated and problems resolved• Prepare Freehold & Crown Rentals on a monthly basis • Review and prepare lease continuation requests• Monitor and process monthly rent review notifications• Review and complete monthly obligation reports• Set up and maintenance of all land files • Review survey plans to identify third parties• Request and obtain all consents as necessary for projects• Process and issue all third party requests/consents• Provide support to field staff and land manager/administrators• Prepare project binders and construction packages for engineering and field use during project construction and operation • Approve and code all surface land invoices• Review & maintain Land Title documents, including registration and discharge of caveats• Responsible for training and mentoring Jr. Land Administrators• In depth working knowledge of: Landrite, Accumap, Geocarta, SPIN II, ETS, ISC, BCeID & e-Payments
