I worked on the European NIFTi project (http://www.nifti.eu) . A project about robots that have to help in urban search and rescue tasks. For example, when a building has collapsed the robot can go in and make a map of the current situation. Based on the information from the robot first responders can create a risk overview and come-up with a plan to rescue victims. In the future the robots and humans have to work as a real team, but what is needed for this collaboration? I worked on the European NIFTi project (http://www.nifti.eu) .
