Cori was the most dedicated customer advocate I've ever worked with. There is a difference between being a customer service leader and being a true customer advocate - customer service leaders are measured by the quality of service given, time to resolution and other metrics that basically measure when a customer issue is resolved. Cori is great at those but, much more importantly, she truly listens to customers and understands the operations of a business well enough to know where to go to resolve the issue and she takes personal care in closing the loop with customers. She was widely respected by everyone she worked with at VICIS.

Cori was our customer service lead at VICIS. Any mistake made by the company with customer facing implications was hers to deal with. Cori handled screaming customers daily and did it with dignity and grace. I cannot imagine another person stepping into her role and managing to both respect the customer and represent her company in such a professional manner. Any business looking for customer service personel should look no further, I give Cori my highest recommendation and would be happy to discuss her many attributes further with any interested party.
