Initially, worked with physicians and contractors to build out new office space and integrate the practice into the Providence system. Oversaw the daily operations of a busy internal medicine office. Included interviewing applicants, applying PHMC Policy and Procedures, training new staff and coordinating and developing relationships with other departments. Worked with hospital and office personnel to assure JCAHO requirements were met and successfully passed JCAHO inspection. Responsible to monitor and assure that monthly/annual budgets were kept within the budget target amounts. Addressed and resolved patient complaints.
