The Texas Exes - the University of Texas' Alumni Association - plays trusted sidekick to UT to address these challenges with their active alumni members. When universities nurture outstanding student experiences, it often yields more loyal and connected alumni volunteers for years after graduation. Given this formula, I built and directed leadership programs to enrich the student experience and strengthen a pipeline of future advocates, donors, and volunteer leaders.
