  For this show I helped to sort color and find where systems of lights needed to be to fulfill their needs for the show. During focus I helped getting everything ready for the designer so the process could run as smooth as possible. During the rehearsals I took spot cue notes and then created a spot cue sheet. Finally I helped to give opinion on looks when the designer was looking for help.   For this dance concert I worked with 3 senior choreographers learning what their piece was about and what they wanted to show in it. After talking and seeing the dance I used a plot created by myself and one other to highlight the needs of each designer taking into consideration the vast differences they all had.   I made a weekly schedule for the barn staff each week. Take a group campers on a 45 minute ride 10 times a day. Feed all the horses. Take care of horses medical needs that didn't require professional medical care. Finally I had to keep track of all the inventory we used and what broke keeping an updated inventory at all times. Finally I had to watch over the campers in the mornings that liked to come up and help groom the horses with us. I made a weekly schedule for the barn staff each week.
