Tapped Michael Jacobs to write, produce and showrun the project.- Conceptualized, developed, and attracted notable feature writers to DESCENDANTS, a high profile franchise movie based upon the offspring of the Disney heritage characters. Attached Kenny Ortega to direct the movie. Project launched a multimillion dollar consumer products business for The Walt Disney Company, as well as a movie sequel, which will premiere in summer 2017.- Developed and secured series orders for: GIRL MEETS WORLD, STUCK IN THE MIDDLE, KC UNDERCOVER, I DIDN'T DO IT, LIV & MADDIE, AUSTIN & ALLY, JESSIE, and DOG WITH A BLOG. - Led a cross-functional team to create STORYTELLERS, a WGA-sanctioned writer incubator program to cultivate up-and-coming development writers for network. Program netted a series order for BIZAARDVARK in its inaugural year.- Oversaw the creative development that led to the network securing the #1 spot in its key demo (K2-11) for the first time in its 29-year history.
