OQ Certification - November 2014 Blitz training Program - basic to advanced duties of a chemical service representative. Smoke Jumper Program – Rapid relocation program to provide augmented support nationwide. Set new tanks, pneumatic/solar pumps, tank monitors, and ran steel tubing from the pump to the well-head/cap-string/flush line. Utilize mapping software to manage large scale projects given by account manager. Resulting in time efficient/effective with planning routes related to installation of tank monitors and large scale water analysis projects. Weekly inventory and rate check on chemicals at multiple locations. Pulled and replaced high/low pressure corrosion coupons. Assessed for pitting, erosion, or deposits on coupons after removed. Bacteria studies to detect/prevent microbial induced corrosion from acid-producing or sulfate reducing bacteria. Troubleshot in-line check valves, clogged tubing, and performed regular maintenance for solar TxAm pumps. Thief Oil tank batteries for emulsified oil/paraffin/Iron Sulfide Field solids analysis for paraffin, asphaltenes, Iron Sulfide, Iron carbonate, Iron Oxide, and scale. Grind-outs for BS&W, to determine if paraffin dispersant or demulsifier were needed after Oil Hauler kick-backs. Completed Water Analysis, collected water samples for chemical residual tests, collected oil samples for cold finger/oil fingerprint. Conducted Paraffin Inhibitor/Paraffin Dispersant/Demulsifier Field bottle tests to determine the best chemical to be used at a specific PPM. Determined batch/daily rate calculations based on ppm & daily well output. Monitored and regularly recorded H2S levels on sour wells with a gas puller. Performed Millipore testing on Salt Water Disposal (SWD) Facilities.
