I am employed by SMECC as a Pastoral Care Coordinator. Primarily, I oversee 4 staff, who are employed are Pastoral Care Workers. The major role of the team is to ensure the safety and security of Sunraysia and Swan Hills migrant seasonal workers. A major element of the project has been to assist the client base in undertaking their Covid-19 vaccinations. This has been achieved by educating the workers, assisting them with securing vaccination appointments and providing assistance where required.

The role is ever changing, incredibly rewarding and will provide an opportunity to assist in improving the lives of people seeking to relocate to rural Victoria.

The customer Manager role was one of a diverse nature. My responsibilities were centered on an Agri -Business Manager and a Senior Relationship Manager. Between the two managers, I facilitated the daily service requests and client communication of approximately 80 connections, which encompasses approximately 300 individual customers.In addition, I provided service requests for the client base. It was also my role to create, build and follow through deals, utilising both the TLA & TLW systems. This was an integral facet of the role, and one in which I enjoyed greatly,relishing any opportunity to work with the complex nature of Commercial & Agri lending.
