Power Distribution Design: • Component selection based on client design standards • Electrical feeder design utilizing “Design Manager” and "Pole Foreman" software • Drafting of construction print packages that comply with requirements of permitting regulatory agencies • Development of design process instruction manuals • Constructability walk downs with client personnel In addition, I have participated in field walk-downs at a combined cycle fossil power plant for the purpose of replacing various types of valves. I obtained field measurements of existing piping configurations, generated hand sketches of the layouts for as-built drawings, and determined new configurations for the positioning of the replacement valves. Additional analysis work has included performing stress analysis on a piping system associated with a fuel gas heater replacement, and performing a review for a compressible flow steady state fuel analysis using industry fluid analysis software.

Distribution hardening involves design and analysis for the replacement of wooden power poles with concrete poles that utilize fiberglass cross members, the replacement of ceramic post insulators with more resilient polymer materials, and other system improvements including re-conductoring, where necessary, to improve the resiliency of the power distribution system during severe weather and improve system reliability. Specific responsibilities have included the following: • Component selection based on client design standards • Electrical feeder design utilizing “Design Manager” and "Pole Foreman" software • Drafting of construction print packages that comply with requirements of permitting regulatory agencies • Development of design process instruction manuals • Constructability walk downs with client personnel To build employee collaboration, I also organized two ENERCON soccer teams in an indoor adult league as an opportunity for employees to build connections outside of the office.
