As a developer advocate, I'm in charge of helping developers to get started and fall in love with Bearer, an API monitoring tool. To support that, I'm blogging a lot, especially on developers communities, like dev.to. How-to use and deep dive into a product feature are part of my writing routine. The newsletter is also an important piece to keep in touch with current users and announce new features that have been rolled out by the product & engineering team. I'm the owner of the customer support, to make sure that each user has someone technical to reply to its inquiries. And finally, I'm supporting the sales team whenever needed to onboard new users. Livre-moi(s) was my first entrepreneurial experience. It was an online bookshop, where my co-founder Aurélie (an excellent bookseller) would pick you one book every month. As two young co-founders, we also took extra care of the marketing and customer service. By sending over 50 000 books by mail (both in France and overseas) we gained a very good experience in that field. Over the company existence, we grew our customer base up to 10K users. But the challenges were very high and the margin very low. In late November, we had no choice but to regrettably stop sending books and proceed with a refund of the current customers. This fail hasn't stop me from looking into the start-ups world and I rapidly get back to it as a legal officer at STATION F, a well-known start-ups campus. Show less
