      Residhome Parc du Millénaire In this aparthotel of 233 studios / apartments, I had the opportunity to work in a luxurious surroundings, and be in charge of an upscale and international clientele. I was a member of the receptionist team of this big hotel with rotating shift. The morning tasks were checks and bills for departures, as well as e-mail for invoices to pay by transfer companies (Thursday and Friday mornings are the busiest with a hundred of departure average), morning shift also checks the "no show" of the day before. The afternoon shift was in charge of checking arrivals and online sales sites, once achieved: the encryption keys and records "groups" when there was. Then only remained to greet customers and ensure their satisfaction. The rest of the "free" time was quickly occupied by the telephone and the treatments of mails & phone calls. Show less
