Coralee always got the job done with a smile - and never forgetting to pay attention to detail in a fast paced environment that makes it easy to miss. Coralee's efforts were always pivotal to the operation, and without her, major site plan requirements would have gone unfulfilled. Her technical and personal skills make Coralee a pleasure to work with on many levels, and her team orientation further makes her easy to work alongside/with. It is important to realize that in my dealings with her, Coralee was always in the process of balancing multiple requirements per site, and multiple sites overall, making her job particularly strenuous and requiring an even more heightened sense of detail and urgency. Ensure the sites are provided the information needed to meet the requirements for their Certificates of Approval and Permits to Take Water. This position encompasses the requirements of 10 aggregate operations and 3 concrete plants. Each permit requires its own schedule and I must be very versatile to meet those need and to ensure that the sites stay in compliance with their PTTW and/or CofA's.
