It has been my pleasure to work with Cooper Staples as a fellow student leader and HR professional. Cooper brings an amazing amount of confidence to each project he is involved in by playing whatever role is asked of him. He is humble and willing to truly listen to alternate perspectives. He sees success as a win-win situation and works hard for that goal in every transaction he is involved in. In my time as PSU HRMA’s Chapter President, Cooper served as my go-to whenever I needed any type of support. From serving as a chair on our Annual Micro-Conference Mixer Committee to supporting the organization’s volunteer initiatives, Cooper was able to juggle his many priorities and be a successful student leader. As of spring 2017, Cooper now serves as my successor to the Presidency for PSU’s HRMA and I know the association is in the best hands it possibly could be. I am honored to know Cooper and I am excited to watch him grow as a professional and friend.
