  Began my career in Merchant Services when the company was still known as Retriever Payment Systems. Worked in Finance as the Quote Analyst and Residuals Manager before becoming an Escalation Manager - Financial Services in the G.E.M. Dept, a new department whose mission was "Going the Extra Mile" to take care of our ISO partners. With NPC's recent acquisition by FTPS, known as Vantiv today, I have another opportunity to be part of a new department known as ISO Support. As its name implies, whether it's monitoring conversions, providing analysis for existing or prospective merchants, researching and training on Interchange and its updates, identifying system issues that create billing or retention problems, etc., this department supports the growth of our ISOs, which has direct impact on the growth of NPC, A Vantiv company.
