  General Surgeon graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), qualified in the Aretaieion University Hospital of Athens, in the Royal Infirmary of Glasgow and in Hammersmith Hospital of London, in Saint Sofia's Childrens' Hospital of Athens. Awarded a PhD by the (NKUA) with Excellence and official sub-specialty in ERCP by San Rafael Hospital of Milan. Worked as Consultant Locum Surgeon in ''Saint Savvas'' Anti-Cancer hospital of Athens, in Chania's and in Helen E. Venizelou Gen.Hosp., as a Fellow Surgeon in the department of Organ Transplantation (OT) in the Hammersmith Hospital of London. Exhibited two patented digital medical devices in the ‘’Greek Innovation Forum (19-21.12.2014): i.PROMETHEUS for the coordination process and the remote evaluation of the grafts (liver, kidneys, pancreas, heart, lungs, uterus), (pn 2003016, 2013) in OT integrating Big Data analytics, ii.PROMETHEUS I for remote public health education, primary, secondary and tertiary prevention from diabetes related complications and breast, cervix, prostate large bowel cancer and from suicides in diabetics (pn 1008239, 2013) integrating Big Data analytics. Also, presented the VITO training kit (pn 20150100457, 2015) to limit down the learning curve in surgical endoscopy. Ran a financed research of Excellence-SIEMENS program for Greece 2014-16 producing and testing PROMETHEUS and PROMETHEUS I, the VITO and 2 Mobile Clinical Units (called MACEDONIA). Clinically counts 250 patients' surgical management and 50 highly effective open and laparo-endoscopic surgery and acute surgery operations per year since 2008, with high efficiency and significantly low complications rate.
