Yvo Brands
Constantin has been within my team from the start of our project. He started as trainer of the project but rapidly grew to be trainer coordinator. Within his job as trainer Constantin has trained almost all our team members within our project providing knowledge about our client’s products and processes. Within his role as trainer coordinator he is the team leader of all trainers across Europe that are active within our project (projects is divided over 3 European sites). His main tasks are o bring alignment in training processes and material any guiding all trainers within our project. Wherever he had time he also supported the general training department of our company in providing training. In all roles Constantin has proven to be an added value for the project and the company. I think Constantin is a great trainer coordinator and trainer.
