I provide on-demand assistance to SPs in the form of group chats that are made specifically for the two Level 2 teams (Core and Empire). SPs can ask questions regarding know production issues, defects, workarounds, or guidance questions regarding the products we support. I work with Project Managers with new products being developed and released into Clientworks. I test and provide feedback on these new products. I ensure that Tech Support (TSHD) gets the correct resources (whether it be manpower and/or training) to support the new products. I have become a Subject Matter Expert for Move Money and for our Equitable (EQA) advisors. I have taught and trained our SPs on how to spot what is a Tech Support issue versus a business issue within the Move Money 1.0 tool and how to walk them through the tool.
