  Constance Wame Modise is a Program Leader for multimedia, sound and music programs under the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Sound and Music, with experience in managing a large team of diverse people and students with different traits. Having a back- ground in mathematics and sciences, sound and video production and project management informs her awareness and ignites her passion. The faculty’s efficiency has been largely improved through her implementation of project management techniques and strate- gic leadership. Constance believes learning never stops and comes about in different encounters such as interacting with students, colleagues, meetings, classrooms, churches, travelling the world, sports and music, which then increases mindfulness, key in any working environment.
