  As an operator for the Austin airport fuel farm my job included receiving jet fuel from 18-wheeler trucks. Taking samples and testing the fuel for quality to ensure no contaminated fuel will be received. Once tests were completed equipment was attached to truck and offloading of the fuel began. Periodically throughout the day samples of fuel were taken from the tanks for testing. at the end of the shift gauges were read and manual measurements were taken to calculate how much fuel was on hand.   Worked as a line tech for Signature Flight Support. Job Duties consisted of guiding in private planes that came into base and properly securing and staging the planes. Per request of the pilot fuel cleaning and and other services were handled by the line tech. Military Aircraft would also land at the base and request fill ups and help restarting plane and guiding back out onto runway.
