As an on-air personality at JAZZ.FM91 I often get asked to emcee corporate events and charity galas. Whenever I see that Conor Brown is working as a DJ I know the night will be that much better. I once joked and said his taste in music works great for "young girls and old men" but in fact his style is innately inclusive and works for just about everybody!

Execute the right recipes for all of our syrups, cordials, & batches throughout the duration of my time there (Crafted originally by Nishantha Nepulangoda a cocktail consultant & head bartender at Blowfish). Work quickly to produce not only our own feature cocktails, the classics, bar rail drinks, various shots, mocktails, wine & bottle service while keeping a clean and organized bar. Always ask for ID when someone is believed to be 25 and under. Serve a horseshoe style bar top that can seat over 30 guests in a timely manner but still creating the full dining experience. This involves plate changes, fluffing their napkins and cleaning the countertops in between courses, water & drink maintenance. Calculating bills & processing payments for the bar while also controlling the whole restaurant float. Ensuring our end of day cash out is accurate for the entire restaurant (all servers & bartenders). In control of the ‘petty cash’ that would include receipts & ‘ious’ from daily purchases needed for service.
