  This role meant taking care of many responsibilities ranging from being a key holder all the way to training new staff about our brands selling points and their history. I have also attended buying appointments choosing stock for seasons ahead, which has proven to vastly expand my knowledge on apparel of all kinds. It was my duty personally to keep in contact and meet with brand reps. This included learning all necessary information about new lines coming in, reporting faulty products and giving customer feedback. Other roles included; Banking, recognising and analysing top sellers, stock rotation and job delegation. Through my time at this establishment I have had strong relationships with brands, learnt many invaluable skills on both customer service and fashion industry and found my feet firmly within the field.
