Director Of Operations
-
Sep 2017 - Present
Gameface Media has revolutionized the race photography industry by providing FREE high quality race photos made possible by the brands that sponsor them. In 2016 I stared a sales internship where I created sales decks and manned the customer service team. After my six-month term ended, I was asked to stay on as the Community Manager for the remainder of the year and then to join full time for 2017 as the Account and Financial Manager. As Account Manager I coordinated event logistics and post-sales services to both event directors and brand sponsors. I handled all communication with clients from collecting and implementing creative assets to generating and reporting post-event statics reports. As Financial Manger I handled all invoicing and reporting company cash flows and projections to the CFO and CEO. Towards the end of 2017 I was promoted to Director of Operations after reducing company expenses by 30%. In this role I have continued my past responsibilities as well overseeing event staffing and company expenses.

The Premium Sales department delivers the highest quality experience at America's Most Beloved Ballpark. Each game begins by preparing each suite and experience with appropriate signage, passes, and decor. As a host I great each client before the game, grant them access to the field, Green Monster, and other VIP sensitive areas of the park. I also provide guests with an in depth history of the park as part of their tour. During the game it is my job to make sure all guests are happy and coordinate any solutions if they are not. In 2016 I was Premium Sales and Services Employee of the Year.
