  I initially started here as a Case Manager where I dealt with customers via telephone, letter and email to ensure that outstanding debts owed to our clients were collected in a fair, compliant and professional manner. I progressed to the Team Leader position and I now manage a team of 10 Case Managers ensuring SLA’s, targets and business objectives are achieved whilst ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant running of the team. I take ownership of my team’s performance in line with company objectives, act as a point of reference for escalated queries and actively seek ways to drive success.

  This position required me to proactively call customers who had fallen into arrears and negotiate a suitable repayment arrangement for them.
