    • Supervisor / Instagram Manager
      • Dec 2018 - Aug 2019

Due to being an entirely Independent shop there is no one job title that can cover all bases. between the small time we all just had to do our best and this meant wearing many different hats in order to make things work. My journey began in the position of Social Media & Photography, however joining the team in mid December commanded some time to be spent on the shop floor, this quickly developed into a regular occurrence as my previous skills shined through.Upon the Store Manager leaving, myself and a colleague were both asked to step up to Supervisor roles and share the load, negating the need for another "Store Manager"

    • Sales Advisor / Instagram & Photography
      • Aug 2017 - Dec 2018

During my time as size? I was expected to maintain basic Sales Assistant duties as well as maintaining the stores Instagram account. I took this task on and made it my own, purchasing a DSLR Camera and finding myself around the Adobe Suite on my laptop. This was the start of my passion for Visual Marketing, a hobby and career that I work on to this day, still self taught and doing my best to improve every day. Working in a much smaller shop with an entirely different customer base taught me large amounts about different sales techniques and how to build a relationship with a loyal customer; due to having exclusive products and being in the shop almost full time I found myself serving the same customers all the time. This was my first step into higher-end retail and ignited a passion I would carry fourth.

    • Footwear Specialist
      • Jun 2015 - Jul 2017

As my first job I quickly gained my footing working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Undergoing training to find myself as 1/3 Denim Specialists within my first 6 months. A 1-on-1 sales role that laid the foundations for my strong sales skills to be utilised in the near future. After 2 months in this role the Footwear Manager personally requested I join his team as Footwear Specialist in order to strengthen his team and help less experienced members of staff learn the ropes. I was expected work with the team and help meet daily sales targets selling "Key Performance Indicators".Sales aside, this position was responsibility heavy, opening and closing a department each day, ensuring the displays were kept to a high standard throughout the day whilst making sure that teams of up to 7 other members of staff were running smoothly.
