Worked with other students to reach out via telephone to alumni of Boise State to build relationships and connect them back to the University. In spring 2018, I was promoted to a student supervisor in charge of setting daily goals and provide an incentive for whoever raised the most money for a team of ~24 students. This position also came with monthly meetings with our lead callers that would allow time for them to present any challenges or successes.
