Role Responsibilities: To provide 1st and 2nd line support ensuring issues are resolved within strict SLA deadlines, 24/7, to clients who use ProAct's Java-based Supply Chain Management application, a web based tool that provides solutions for clients working in areas such as Finished Vehicle Logistics, Global Container Planning & Execution, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and more. It offers solution integration, device integration, and also has EDI capabilities. Specific Responsibilities : Working as part of a 24/7 365 Java based web application support team Provide On-Call support one week in 5 Deploying, provisioning and maintaining environments to include development, staging and production. Windows Server (2003,2008,2012), Linux, Hyper-V Oracle Database Administration SQL Administration Build, release and testing of web applications Tomcat deployment, troubleshooting and tuning Apache deployment, troubleshooting and tuning AWS - Amazon Web Services Architecture planning and deployment.
