Devised the most efficient ways to divide crew members and contracts on a daily basis to complete our obligations within the prescribed time frame while ensuring each crew member's needs were taken care of. Led a crew of five planters in the successful completion of two treeplanting contracts. Crew safety was highly prioritized and responsibilities included injury prevention and emergency response in a remote, hazardous workplace. Problem-solving was constant and essential to success. Created effective strategies with supervisors, other foremen, and helicopter pilots to efficiently complete contract obligations in the promised timeframe. Continuous coordination and communication was critical in an extremely physically and logistically demanding environment.
