* Built out a custom Sales Cloud implementation for the studio on my own time, replacing enterprise software that hadn't been updated in over a decade* Created a custom object called Work Orders, related it to Opportunity through a lookup relationship, then utilized quick actions and custom record types to create Work Order records from the Opportunity detail page, auto-filling the fields on the Work Order at the push of a button. This saved 2-5 minutes creation time per Work Order over the previous process* Configured a custom, hidden formula field on Contact to join the first and last name of the Contact, then referenced the field in a Quick Action button to auto-fill the Contact's full name when a Work Order record was created. Previous method was copy/paste or type in* Wrote an Apex trigger and test class utilizing SOQL to match a Contact's email with an Account's website domain, automatically assigning the Contact to the matching Account. This was a new feature not possible in the previous enterprise software* Utilized Flow Builder to collect user input and create a "Quick Contact" record from the Utility Bar in two clicks. Previous method was pen and paper* Used Global Actions to add custom required fields to the Salesforce Gmail app when creating records, allowing users to schedule Opportunities from their inbox, which then auto-populated to the Calendar. Previous method was copy/paste from email into separate software* Leveraged Process Builder to ensure that billing and shipping addresses on Accounts match, and to auto-fill if one is left blank, improving data integrity and consistency

Selected projects include: Tyler The Creator, Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Metallica, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Prince, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Miles Davis, and The Doors* Oversaw 25 to 40 projects at any given time, up to 75 albums simultaneously, bringing in $1.25 million in project revenue in 2019* Received and organized 500+ tracks for Prince's "Sign 'O The Times (Super Deluxe)" re-issue - Scheduled Bernie to master groups of tracks in order of importance; liaised with Prince Estate and Warner Brothers to ensure deliverables were grouped properly and delivered on time - Swapped out alternate mixes and dictated revisions to engineers as needed - Coordinated 13LP track sequence (vinyl) with Prince Estate based on the digital mastering, prioritized the vinyl cutting room while still meeting deadlines for other projects* Managed the top-secret and long-awaited release of Tool's "Fear Inoculum" album - Set up and enforced additional security precautions to prevent leaks, including code names in emails and on work orders, kept master tapes under lock and key - Worked together with Gateway Mastering and Bob Ludwig to set up engineer listening sessions between BGM and Bob, to ensure the digital mastering matched the vinyl - Sent lacquers to two different plants, then scheduled listening sessions for the band to compare pressings* Worked on three GRAMMY-nominated albums
