I met Connor when he came to the Midland Code Academy looking to grow a career in web development. It became evident very quickly that he has an incredible aptitude for problem solving and finding creative solutions. He never shied away from a challenge, even going so far as to learn additional technologies outside of the scope of the course in an effort to further grow his skill sets. During his time there, he showed not only an incredible willingness to find solutions for his own problems but was also more than happy to help out other students with any issues they might have run into. When given tasks for large scale applications, he was very successful in meeting deadlines as well as keeping the team up to date on any potential roadblocks. Even with his clear aptitude and desire to find solutions to his own problems, he never hesitated to reach out for help as needed.
