Pi Rho Omega Professional Business Fraternity is an incorporated non-profit in the state of Illinois. I served as the incorporator and now sit on the non-profit board of Directors with fellow UIUC business students Zoe Ray and Joseph Klaw. I am dedicated to building a culture of accountability, progression, and self-improvement.   Supervise and lead a team of 20 people, ages ranged 16 to 70 years old, from a plethora of backgrounds. Oversee the upper house, which services over 7,000 people a show. Trained in management, crisis situations, payroll, and human resources.

  Served 200 customers a day helping them solve their problems. Actively problem solved to help give one-in-a-lifetime experiences to fans. Gave wheelchair assistance to 10 handicapped guests a show, taking them from their car to their seats.
