  At Marco I was programming , settings and operating numerous Mazak lathes. This includes the super quick turn 18ms with live tooling to the 200ms and the mazatrol T-32. Most of the machines 640 pc-fusion layout but I also program and operating the smooth X layout which is on the quick turn 200 L lathes

  During my time at BG Developments, I have been training to become a fully competent CNC Machinist. This includes running a variety of CNC Machines including: 5 Axis Mazak, HASS Sl30 Lathe and HASS Mini Mill. I also have experience with a CMM. Working in the motor sport industry requires attention to detail such as sticking to tight tolerances, typically 10 microns

  I was employed by Allstyle engineering as the only manual turner, I use a Colchester triumph centre lathe. I mainly do all the work which modern CNC’s can not do, such as; large diameter material, turning over large distances, certain types of screw cutting and a lot more. Being the only manual turner I hold a lot of responsibility to make components to the correct tolerances, whilst being conscious of time scales.
