He is an experienced and responsible leader who’s wisdom always surpasses his time in position. Connor is constantly working towards improving his skills through podcasts, books, etc. In addition to his continues learning, he also has the communitive skills needed to naturally connect with athletes (and people in general), which ensures that he is understanding shared goals, helping them surpass said goals, and giving them new learnings about the science behind their progress for future application.
