Bio
Laura Lovell
I had the pleasure of working with Connor Ganaway in many different capacities with the Boy Scouts of America. I hired him based on his passion for the Scouting program but also worked with him when he volunteered in multiple leadership roles. Connor is an analytical thinker who works through processes mentally before jumping in whole heartedly with actions. That meant that every time I needed him to complete a new challenge, I knew I could count on him to get his team to complete the work both timely and meeting or exceeding my expectations. Connor worked hard to complete his degree but found time to help others in his volunteer rolls, reaching out to those needing support and following through as he transitioned to an adult to assist our youth to better accomplish their tasks. Connor will be an asset to any employer and most certainly to ones in the computer science field as his passions will allow him to shine. Best wishes to Connor in his future career choices.

I have known Connor for over a decade. His willingne3ss to step up and work on tough problems with a cheerful spirit have made him a valuable part of every team he has been on. His ability to go with the flow will serve him well in the modern world of Information Technology where we expect to see changes in the plans on a regular basis. He is a fast learner and I would hire him if I had the opportunity to do so.
