Jun 1995 - Jan 1997
After being hired to investigate a possible embezzlement, I was asked to run the company when it was confirmed that the three top officers conspired to defraud the company. Under my management, the company successfully passed its first audit and was sold to a major industry buyer. Jan 1992 - Jun 1995
As Chief Financial Officer, I helped grow the company from 25 employees to over 100 employees with the addition of a new line of business with automobile insurers. I also managed the due diligence process with several potential buyers, culminating with a purchase of the company by the Principal Financial Group. After the acquisition, I stayed with the company to help start an HMO.
