Connie and I worked together at McArthurGlen for a number of years. Throughout the time, she was a fantastic mentor and I was able to learn a lot from her. She is a great business partner, seeking strategic solutions that make sense to the business commercially while still being empathetic and people-focused. We worked on a number of projects together, were she demonstrated great project management skills, i.e. being very organised and structured as well as staying calm and focused in times of uncertainty and ambiguity.
