  Responsible for planning, creating, and producing layouts, and comps using computer graphics software packages. Consistently executing professional print/web materials (posters, fliers, brochures, postcards, curriculum, packaging, marketing collateral, newsletters, jpgs, etc). Responsible for all aspects of publications management from producing yearly publications schedule, arrange meetings with team members, layout & design, collect mailing list for vendors work with print vendor on production, collect shipping records file management, etc. Responsible for curricula file management & records. Keep track of location of files (all materials filed together with active, updated documents). Keep record of file status (updates to files, next run edits, server location, etc.). Graphics records management: i.e.— track status, date, budget code, location, etc. Responsible for tracking graphics print vendor records i.e.—invoices, POs, AA charges, cost per project, etc. Provide graphics support for website and email marketing (banners, ads, buttons, sales promos, e-newsletters, solicitations, etc.) Capture project timelines on Projects Scheduling Calendar Record, maintain, and archive projects appropriately.
