  Operated $60M system and fighter simulators to exercise Air Control, Surveillance, and Weapons functions of tactical systems.• Reviewed and edited plans and procedures designed to test Tactical Data (TDL) Link interoperability for 35 AF and joint weapons platforms, including E-3 AWACS, RC-135 Rivet Joint, Control and Reporting Centers, Air Operation Centers, ADSI, JRE, BOSS, TDLS, and Tactical Data Link Terminals.• Collected, analyzed, and interpreted test data; identified system deficiencies and assessed impacts to the Combat Air Forces.• Used technical references (such as MIL-STD 6016) and supporting test data to document weapon platform Tactical Data Link limitations for combat operations.• Identified critical AWACS display error, the early detection of which enabled a prompt re-test and avoided delays across a $3B program.• Facilitated a short notice fix to a critical radar system flaw which averted a critical delay.• Reviewed 2K-page test procedure, validating findings and resolving discrepancies which prevented 16 additional test hours and certified six weapon systems.• Analyzed new TDL analysis tool which prevented faulty systems purchase and saved $30K.
