      6/2007 – 10/2012 Puget Sound Blood Center (www.psbc.org) - Bellevue Center, Bellevue, WA Manager - Recruitment Primary Purpose: Managed a team that was responsible for all Donor and Volunteer Recruitment for PSBC. Although PSBC is a non-profit organization, our team was the equivalent of an Outside Sales team. Lead a team of 7 direct reports and 25 indirect reports. Accomplishments: Hired and developed successful Supervisor team. Lead Recruitment team to successfully register over 500,000 donors to maintain community blood supply. Frequently exceeding New Group and First Time Donor goals. Partnered with businesses (Microsoft, Gates Foundation, Boeing, Papa Murphy’s etc.) to increase participation. Lead team to source and successfully implement new Volunteer Management software. Lead team to increase volunteer participation saving PSBC over $2M annually.
