  I am responsible for all purchase and sales contracts done by the Vice President of LPG. These responsibilities include the daily tracking & recording of OPIS prices for the purpose of monthly revisions of both volume & price. I must also maintain a good working relationship with our customers, both internal & external. My responsibilities require that I am proficient in AS400, RVI & Excel spreadsheets. I am also responsible for all contracts written for the Arcadia Rail Terminal that opened in June 2015. I schedule all the railcars both in & out of our Rail Terminal working closely with the KCS Trainmaster, the Rail Terminal Manager, our Customers as well as our Sales Managers. This terminal is a 24 / 7 operation which requires alot of communication with all parties involved. We can load / unload up to 24 railcars per day. Each of those railcars require billing to be done. I am responsible for all the billing of the railcars as well as daily reports to the Terminal of the railcars expected to arrive. I also revise the contracts monthly to include both volume & price. I verify the invoices of each railcar before approving for payment to insure that the volume & price are correct.
