Cuddles For Kids was founded in April of 2006. We are an official 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our Mission: "Impacting the lives of children and families in our community that have been affected by life changing situations by encouraging fun, spreading love and promoting kindness." Since our inception, Cuddles For Kids has donated OVER 250,000 items, totaling OVER $1,000,000 in items, and $50,000 in financial grants to children's agencies and hospitals across the United States. We collect and donate new stuffed animals, toys, coloring books/ crayons, and much more. We also give monetary donations to other foundations and organizations. We started a scholarship fund to high school seniors in Pennsylvania. We also hold annual events at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House Charities. As president, I am responsible for handling social media, recruiting volunteers, bringing in donations, and organizing and operating events.
