  Driven by the fascination for cultural diversity I studied foreign languages, to acquire one of the tools for decoding a different culture, thus overcoming linguistic barriers. After graduating in translation in Italian, French and English in Trieste, I moved to Germany in 1994, leaving my comfort zone at the discovery of a new culture and language. The additional qualifications as intercultural trainer, legal translator for German-Italian and the attainment of the Spanish certificate helped me in outlining my professional profile of linguistic and cultural mediator and gaining experience in different fields as translator and (community) interpreter. A certain curiosity for the different communication channels, my sociolinguistic competences, together with my technical skills, acquired and developed during a long-years’ experience in the IT service have given me the opportunity to be a key player in in the communication bridge between people and technology. I grew up and became older in the world of databases, dipping into administrator and designer tools, getting familiar with CRM applications, ITL principles, Scrum methodology and developing a good understanding of the business processes. Having a certain inclination for teaching, I have been providing workshops and trainings for worldwide customers and creating personalized learning materials. I enjoy new tasks and challenges, which I usually take with pioneering spirit and being aware of the importance of networking and connecting people globally, I am happy to be both witness and actor in this performance.
