I had the opportunity and pleaser to work with Come on the first cloud PACS &RIS program in France called RSF (Filmless Region) This program is the most innovating for the healthcare institutions in order to eliminate the usage of the films hence important cost reduction for the institutions based on a pay as go usage. This is a public private contract and Come was part of pre sales phase building the GE commercial offer. When the RFP was won by GE , Come was responsible to manage the Build phase ( Datacenter and 2 first pilot sites) As this was a total new business model most of the processes and way of day to day to working had to be adapted. Come didd demonstrate a real ability to drive such a change and successfully deliverd the build phase. I was impresses by his technical expertise as well as his customer focus attitude.
