Helped construct a dialog system intended to deliver physical therapy instruction using a recurrent neural architecture alongside hardcoded software. We implemented transfer learning techniques and proposed a new method of sequential learning which was intended to allow us to leverage out-of-domain data to supplement the small collection of dialogs dedicated to physical therapy. I helped cut audio to construct the first audio dictionary for Acoma of an endangered indiginous language from New Mexico. I also developed a program which would allow a linguist to automatically isolate words and select a "best fit" for a relevant word during an interview with a native speaker.
