While working at MX, Colter accomplished many tasks and objectives. Before long, he will end up leading whatever group he's a part of, as he is always seeking to learn and grow, -- pushing himself beyond what one thinks possible. Colter has a bright future ahead of him and any company would be lucky to have him. I'd love to work with Colter again in the future.

Foremost among the many qualities that Colter brings to a software engineering team is his passion and enthusiasm for the work. Listening to Colter talk about memory leaks, as one example, can be as captivating as listening to a world explorer recount their latest expedition. Colter's attitude and perspective infused our team's culture with energy from the day he joined us. In addition to his charisma, Colter demonstrates an admirably unique capability for thinking conceptually about programming challenges analytically and methodically. He takes the time to talk with stakeholders about solution needs, designs a solution, and then proceeds to implement it with code. This is a true mark of a sophisticated software engineer. Lastly, I revere Colter's stoutheartedness when faced with intimidating software challenges. More than once, Colter has jumped in to take on projects that made me question my own confidence for the task at hand. He also did so without the prerequisite technical skills at the outset, doing what was needed to fill in those gaps in pursuit of successfully attaining project completion and delivering high quality results. As a result of his character and competence, Colter is an exceptionally strong software engineer.
