Due to my success with The Whisky Market, I was offered the opportunity to be involved in a revival whisky brand HAH Whisky. My job was to handle the day to day running of the business and business development along side my partner and Managing Directors to create a product and build the brand from the ground up.Notable achievements included: ▪ Sourced suppliers and worked closely with each team to design the finished product▪ Writing content for the website ▪ Creating a Master spreadsheet for the company three year plan, involving a bottling plan outlining future bottling projects, including the estimated costs involved and the projected turnover yielded, targets and margins. and advertising strategies.▪ Developed a close working relationship with a bottling plant, completing the first two releases and setting up a further three.▪ Once the bottles were ready to be sold, my job was to pitch the product to On trade & Off trade market.▪ I was also in control of dispatching the product with our delivery services world wide.

The Whisky Market Ltd. was created as an extension for our bottling company, The Higginbottom, a legacy business which has since been revived 140 years after its original release. We focus on bottling the finest Single Malt Scotch Whisky available on the planet, however, similar to the distilleries, we are unable to sit on casks of whisky whilst they mature. The Whisky Market selects private individuals that are willing to take on a position on the casks we want to bottle. We work together with clientele to create completely bespoke portfolios suited to each individuals needs and offer the opportunity to hold, trade and even bottle your favourite Scotch.
