      As Project Manager, I coordinated the end of negotiations with Labor Unions & implementation preparation/anticipation of a key strategic HR Project at STIB/MIVB. The program consists in the reengineering of functions, pay classification and career management model based on functions for the 6000 Blue Collars. The model was built in full collaboration with the Labor Unions and resulted in the sign-off of 9 Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) in April 2019:- New Function Descriptions and a new pay classification model based on functions- Calculation of remuneration guarantees until the rest of their career for each active blue collar & communication of the results to each worker- New career & remuneration model- New evaluation & mobility processes In parallel of the negotiation, I led the organization and preparation of the implementation Program which had to follow the CLA sign-off.
