When I first joined Salesloft, Collin was my SDR Manager. Being my first sales role, I was as green as it gets - asking a ton of questions and eager to learn faster than my experience. Collin took me under his wing - whether that meant making cold calls next to me, allowing me to try new strategies, crafting the perfect personalized email (this man is a master), or coming into the office with me on Sunday mornings to scrub accounts. This man had a dedication to me that I had never seen before. I demanded alot and he delivered. Every. Single. Time. Seeing him excel as an SDR leader, SDR Trainer on the Enablement team, and then AE was a pleasure. He is a natural leader and became a very good friend of mine. It is rare to find somebody who is so passionate about their role and the people around him. I do not say this lightly - the next org to hire Collin is hiring their next top performer. Mark my words.

Collin is the ultimate seller. I worked with Collin as his Sales Engineer and was absolutely amazed by his skill, business acumen, and knowledge of sales. With deep roots in sales development as an individual contributor and leader, Collin is a master at the cold call. Quarter after quarter, Collin was top of the list for self sourced opportunities -- the guy should do a Ted Talk on earning time. Not only can he earn the time for an initial meeting, Collin is also gifted at understanding a prospect, identifying real quantifiable business pain, and explaining how he can help. Collin is also a highly skilled closer and negotiator. More than anything, Collin is an incredible leader, mentor, and person. I'd highly recommend Collin for any sales role -- leadership or individual contributor -- you'd be lucky to have this man on your team.

This role was created by sales leadership as a lever to reduce the ramp time for our SDR organization. As part of this, I created onboarding playbooks, 30/60/90 day ramp plans, and ongoing education curriculum for our commercial and enterprise sales teams. I worked hand-in-hand with sales leadership to ensure our sales training programs were aligned with key business initiatives such as hypothesis selling, MEDDPICC, etc..

#1 Sales Engagement Platform. There is no shortage of evidence on how buying has changed. Customers are more empowered and informed than ever before. This has upped the ante for sellers who will try anything to get through to that buyer. Customers are more empowered and informed than ever before. This has upped the ante for sellers who will try anything to get through to that buyer. Unfortunately, these attempts often resort in a high volume of insincere tactics, leaving buyers inundated with phone calls, emails, social, and other sales actions. A better buying experience and sales process is one that’s scalable, automated (at times), and steeped in science and procedure. Businesses able to harmoniously blend the sincere and authentic side of sales with the process-oriented and scalable science of sales, win. This is our ethos. These needs have led to the emergence of the category of sales engagement. We’re excited to steward the leadership of this movement. SDR (05/15/18 - 05/21/18) Team Lead (05/21/18 - Present)

Started my own carpet cleaning service in Dahlonega, GA. This allowed me to take the strategies I'm being taught inside the classroom and actively translate these lessons to real business. In addition, this has given me the opportunity to develop a local network of prestigious names in the community. Started my own carpet cleaning service in Dahlonega, GA.
