      Set up a brand new Contract Division during the start of the Covid-19 pandemic to penetrate the project market. Despite the challenges of starting my first day during the nationwide lock down, and also being the new kid on the block for project sector with no project references, I managed to help the company breakthrough into several hospitality and residential public spaces projects . Happy and proud to have the trust of my clients and friends on the projects that were realized. Being the only loose furniture supplier for Lyf Hotel One north (Guestrooms/public spaces indoor/outdoor) was one of the key breakthroughs which I was thankful to be given the opportunity. Going into MBS project was also another milestone in my career doing bespoke furniture. It gave me the experience of managing a factory during a pandemic. Getting awarded for residential public spaces projects (indoor/outdoor) such as the upcoming 3Cuscaden and Haus on Handy, both in the central Orchard region, also gave Grafunkt a strong footprint in the residential public area project sector. These projects, awarded without any past project references by Grafunkt, shows the testimony of my drive, efforts and hard work placed into the company.
