Assisted AP manager with month end reporting. Reporting daily cash movements to treasury. Collating information for auditors re supplier payments at both half year and year end. Making sure Aged Creditors report was completed on a monthly basis by the team. Assisted AP department with Finance Transformation Project (FTP) and with the outsourcing of the UK AP Dept, this included training, writing up and signing off of SOP's. My main role now is processing between 50-100 invoices (relating to Digital media) on a day to day basis, reconciling media owner accounts back to their statement of account, raising month end cheque's, querying invoices with both media buyers and media owners, resolving queries, and using our online banking system to arrange both BACS and CHAPS payments to both UK based and foreign suppliers in both GBP and currency.
